Even in the Western world, when we hear about spirituality and health, there is often talk of yoga, meditation and other such activities which give peace to the mind. It cannot be denied that inner peace is the result of spirituality. When the mind is at peace, diseases also stay away and even if any disease occurs, the body fights that disease well.

In reality, spirituality is the inner cleanliness of the soul, recognition of Allah, understanding of wisdom, development of good morals, increase in good deeds and there is self-improvement. This is such a long journey invisible to the eyes in which you gradually get closer to Allah. In this journey one has to face severe difficulties because one’s desires. You have to continuously fight and subdue the strong attacks of your nafs till your last breath. The better you try, the more you will achieve spirituality and find peace.
