Depression

100% treatment for depression

Introduction:-

Depression is a mental state of low mood and aversion to activity. It affects a person’s thoughts, behavior, feelings, and sense of well-being. In today’s changing times, where increasing competition, sudden desire for success, craving for property and deep shock have become a part of life, depression has become a common issue. The pressure of the media and society is weakening our patience. Instead of accepting his fate, man is trying to achieve it, which may not be in his destiny. In this paced life, many people are getting caught in the clutches of depression.

The World Health Organization (WHO) had an idea that by 2020, depression would become the second cause of death worldwide, after heart disease. Now that 2024 has arrived, the situation is becoming even more serious.

Causes of Depression (Diagnosis):-

Some of the special reasons for depression are –

  • Over thinking,
  • Greed,
  • Jealousy (Hasad),
  • Not being able to get things of need etc.

Treatment:-

1. Avoid reasons:-

It means that remove the causes of disease –

  • Stay away from such things which increase anxiety,
  • Stay away from such people whose words increase anxiety,
  • Avoid thinking more,
  • Avoid big desires, greed and jealousy etc.

2. Psychiatry:-

Nowadays even in the name of psychotherapy, people go to a psychiatrist and spend a lot of money. In my advice –

  • Do not take the tension of the world at all, whatever has to happen will happen and what cannot happen will not happen under any circumstances.
  • To do any work, keep trying with patience, trust in Allah. Not even a leaf can move without his will,
  • Just focus on your work. Don’t care about what will happen next,
  • Read books of Spirituality to avoid over thinking, desire, greed, jealousy and get relief.
  • Listen to the statements on Spirituality, Tasawuf, Maarifat and Tariqat,
  • If there is a big purpose, then keep trying for it and ensure that Allah is the one who gives success and unsuccess.

3. Medicine (Medicine):-

  • The Prophet Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ said, “Black grain i.e. Kalonji is the shifa of every disease except death.”                                                                              Bukhari Shareef
  • Mix the powder of Kalonji and Ashwagandha equally and take one or half teaspoon with milk twice a day,
  • Take the powder of Harad, Bahera and Amla (Trifala) at night half or one teaspoon with lukewarm water.
  • Massage the head with Brahmi oil or Roghan Rahat Dimagh,
  • Take half or one teaspoon isabgol with water or milk 2-3 hours before eating in the morning and evening.
  • Take 1, 2 or 3 tablets of Himalaya Mentate or Sarpagandha at night.
  • Note:- Take the above mentioned medicines only on the advice of the doctor and keep in mind that any medicine only helps in the treatment of depression, if that person is cured then it is done by his hard work. The most successful treatment for depression is just Zikr-Muraqbah (Islamic meditation), which can cure you 100%.

Zikr-Muraqbah:-

In the silence of morning or night, sit down in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Control your thinking and take care that Allah is watching me. Listen carefully to your heartbeat and focus on them. Feel that your heart does not beat, but it says Allah-Allah. Initially you will hardly listen to it but gradually you will hear it clearly. Initially, do Muraqbah for 5 minutes and increase its minutes every day. When you go to sleep at night, keep your all thoughts away from you, just make attention to the heartbeats and you will fall asleep soon after listening to the heart beats saying Allah-Allah.

Conclusion:-

By following the above-mentioned method, your Depression will be cured very soon and if you are taking the medicine of Depression then gradually you will stop taking.

InshaAllah!
